The model in the picture is the large-load unmanned helicopter debuted by Sanhe Aviation. This helicopter does not have the slender tail and tail rotor of traditional helicopters, and the model with two sets of the same rotor system at both ends is a “tandem twin-rotor unmanned helicopter”.

According to reports, different from the traditional helicopter configuration, this dual-rotor layout directly improves its load capacity, improves its work efficiency, increases its center of gravity, and has a stronger ability to resist crosswinds! This configuration helicopter is a single-engine oil-powered dual-rotor unmanned helicopter pioneered by Henan Sanhe Aviation in China. From the 50 kg load model in 2017, it has been steadily upgraded to this 400 kg load dual-rotor unmanned helicopter, with a payload of 400 kg, equipped with a turboshaft engine, strong and stable power, and excellent plateau performance. It has completed an altitude of 4200- 4700m performance test, four water-based fire extinguishing bombs are mounted on the exhibition machine, which can be used for prevention and control of forest fires. The maximum fire extinguishing area of ​​a single sortie is about 400 square meters. It supports fleet fire fighting. It has high-performance detection and target locking functions. Its load capacity can be used in scenarios such as emergency material delivery and emergency rescue. It can replace helicopters in special scenarios to realize unmanned aviation. This cool UAV with a mushroom head is an S100 dual-rotor unmanned helicopter. According to reports, this large mushroom-like device is an airborne satellite communication, and this device can achieve ultra-remote control without distance restrictions. At the same time, this unmanned aircraft is also equipped with an array emergency lighting system, which can realize the emergency lighting function of non-tethered battery life for 4 hours. Although the appearance of this model is very similar to that of a helicopter, its flight principle is completely different from that of a helicopter. The aircraft that has a pair of rotor above and disposes engine to provide thrust again in the rear is called ” autogyro “. Its flight principle is closer to that of a fixed-wing aircraft. It relies on the rear engine to drive the propeller to generate thrust to move forward, and relies on the air in front to drive the rotor to rotate to generate lift. Since the upper rotor is not directly driven by an engine, compared with a helicopter, its driving noise is greatly reduced and the operating comfort is improved; and because there is no tail rotor system and complicated rotor drive system compared with a traditional helicopter, the failure rate is greatly reduced, and at the same time It reduces the difficulty of operation; because its rotor is driven by the wind, the wind resistance of this model is super strong.
