Research Institute, and Lei Xin, a member of the party group and researcher of the Zhengzhou Municipal Development and Reform Commission Hong, Liu Rutao, deputy director of the Infrastructure Development Division of the Zhengzhou Development and Reform Commission, Li Xinzhang, deputy director of the Aviation and Hub Economy Division of the Zhengzhou Development and Reform Commission, Li Xinjun, deputy secretary of the Shangjie District Committee, Sun Xizhong, deputy director Accompanied by He Qiankun, Director of the Block Development and Reform Committee, Chai Hailin, member of the
