Overview of the Overseas Associate Scheme<\/p>

The Overseas Associate Scheme is designed to foster strong partnerships with international businesses looking to market our products. By joining the scheme, associates will gain access to exclusive benefits and opportunities for growth.<\/p>

Application Requirements<\/p>

1. Submission of Company Profile:<\/strong>
– All applicants must provide a comprehensive company profile detailing their business operations, organizational structure, and market presence.<\/p>

2. Industry Experience:<\/strong>
– Applicants must have a minimum of 3 years of experience in their respective industry or market.<\/p>

3. Financial Capability:<\/strong>
– Applicants must demonstrate the financial ability to market our products effectively.
– Applicants must be able to pay the required joining fees.<\/p>

4. Sales Commitment:<\/strong>
– Applicants must commit to achieving specified sales quotas as part of their participation in the scheme (minimum 1 recycling equipment and 1 Ispace Capsule)<\/p>

Benefits for Associates<\/strong><\/p>

1. Profit Sharing:<\/strong>
– Eligible for project shares and profit sharing based on performance metrics and company policies.<\/p>

2. Sales Quota Bonuses:<\/strong>
– Meeting sales quotas entitles associates to additional bonuses.
– Achieving higher sales targets can lead to an upgrade from retailer pricing to wholesaler pricing, offering a larger profit margin.<\/p>

3. Joining Fee Refund:<\/strong>
– Associates who meet their yearly sales quota are eligible for a refund of their joining fees.<\/p>

4. Training Opportunities:<\/strong>
– Associates receive free product training sessions in China to ensure they are well-equipped to market and sell our products.<\/p>

Joining Fees
Early bird privilege
– The joining fee for the first 10 associates is set at $25,000 USD
– For subsequent associates, the joining fee is $50,000 USD.<\/p>
